6ixth Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using Our Malaysia Platform

Section 1 – Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the platform 6ixth in any capacity, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. This agreement takes effect immediately from the moment you begin using the platform 6ixth.

Section 2 – Member Eligibility

To register for and use the platform 6ixth, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 21 years and above on the date of account registration.
• Reside in or be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is not prohibited by law.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on the platform 6ixth at any one time. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether a different name, email address, phone number, or device is used.

Upon registration, you are required to:

Member 6ixth has the right to withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
